             “One Breath, One Bead”🕉️

1. Sit comfortably and hold your mala in your right hand.
2. Take a few deep breaths to centre yourself.
3. Begin at the guru bead (the large central bead), and gently move to the next bead as you recite a mantra or affirmation.
4. With each bead, stay present, moving mindfully until you’ve completed the full circle.
5. When finished, pause, place your mala at your heart, and give thanks.
